At Heavenly Kisses Sweets & Things, every treat is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because all of our items are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up, shipped, or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity

• Your order arrived damaged due to packaging or shipping error

To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us at heavenlykissessweets@gmail.com.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or taste preference

• Orders not picked up within the scheduled window

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Items delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or delivery refusal

All credits or refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped within Arizona to ensure they arrive soft, fresh, and delicious.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday are baked on Monday and Tuesday and shipped every Wednesday. Most Arizona orders arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed for freshness, then carefully packed to withstand transit.
